MacVoid is built on a simple principle: your data stays on your Mac. We don't have a cloud, we don't have an account system, and we don't track you.
What we collect
Nothing. The app runs entirely on your device. There are no analytics SDKs, no telemetry, and no background network calls. The only network request MacVoid ever makes is a version check on launch.
What we don't collect
We don't collect your name, email, Apple ID, file contents, or anything else. Files flagged by the scan are inspected only to determine their size and type — their contents are never read, uploaded, or stored.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Apple's privacy policy governs that transaction, not ours.
Third parties
This website is hosted by a third-party provider (Vercel) that processes standard web logs (IP address, user agent) to keep the site running. We don't use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, we'll update it here and bump the date above. Since MacVoid never leaves your Mac, there isn't much room for surprises.
